Heather Bambrick

Newfoundland born and raised, Heather Bambrick is a multi-talented artist of many dimensions. Whether she is hosting her popular JazzFM91 radio show, doing television, motion picture and radio voice-over work, appearing as lead singer for the Beehive Singers, headlining summer jazz festivals and winter concerts, recording acclaimed CDs such as “It’s About Time” and “Those Were The Days” or just cutting up with her marvelous sense of humour, Heather is the consummate professional! On stage, Heather captivates audiences with her selection of timeless songs, brilliant vocal musicianship and, as previously noted, her unique sense of humour, all adding up to pure entertainment! When Heather last performed on Mohawk’s stage, she received a resounding standing ovation!

Marcel & Elizabeth Bergmann

Marcel and Elizabeth have been performing together since 1989. They studied with Arie Vardi at the Hochschule fur Musik und Theater in Hannover, Germany and with Jean-Eudes Vaillancourt at the Universite de Montreal. Together, they have performed around the world, including concerts in the USA, Italy, Germany, Holland and Greece. As educators, Elizabeth is a member of the faculty of Mount Royal University in Calgary, while Marcel is a professor at Hamilton’s Mohawk College. They have been closely involved with The Banff Centre for the Arts, have taught at the University of Calgary and are deeply involved with the Langley Community Music School. Their broad and diversified repertoire ranges from the baroque to the contemporary and includes many of their own arrangements and compositions.
